Our client relocated to the DFW area and opened a second plant to increase manufacturing capacity. They enlisted our help in staffing full departments across the company.

Objective

+Establish new plant with manufacturing, sales and operational staff.

+ Provide interim resources for essential functions to maintain operations while conducting permanent search.

Solution

+Filled 50 manufacturing roles to support new plant.

+Filled 32 operations roles, including accounting staff, purchasing staff, and more.

+Filled 33 customer service roles.

+Filled 28 sales roles to support business demands.
